State Names Cuba the Capital of 21st-Century Communism in a 100-Page Indictment

The State Department released a 100-page report on July 20 charging Havana with a nearly seven-decade campaign of espionage, infiltration, and ideological subversion against the United States. It rests its case on convicted moles Ana Belen Montes, Walter Kendall Myers, and Victor Manuel Rocha, who reached the Pentagon, the State Department, and the National Security Council. Secretary Marco Rubio calls Cuba the leading sponsor of radical leftism in America.
