The Left’s Viral ‘Thought’ Leader
Hasan Piker may think of himself as a streamer, but he has become something more consequential: a participant in American electoral politics.
Hasan Dogan Piker is all the rage on the Left.
The antisemitic, Jew- and Israel-hating radical Marxist socialist and self-declared devotee of Mao has over a million followers on Twitch. They call themselves Hasanabis. His endorsement of DSA candidates makes him perhaps one of the most dangerous men in America. His actions are seditious. He is a parasite infecting our politics and especially the Democratic Party. He is a tool and a dupe infiltrating the West in order to destroy it.
Piker is 100% anti-American, standing against our values, culture, institutions, Constitution, and market-based economic system. But he stands beside communist Democratic candidates, most notably Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed, who has befriended him and made him his sidekick and alter ego. He campaigns with and for him and endorses him across the state and around the country.
Who is Piker, and where did he actually come from?
Hasan is a Hamas-loving streamer who is American but of Turkish origin. Born in New Jersey, the 34-year-old grew up in Istanbul, where he loved authoritarian President Erdogan and the Muslim Brotherhood, which, I remind you, is a designated terrorist organization. He favors Sharia. His parents are both left-wing professors. His uncle, Cenk Uygur, is the co-founder of The Young Turks, which is where he got his start in zealous, radical leftist media.
Constantly advocating for Islamism and Palestinians, the Pied Piker targets millennial supporters of Bernie Sanders. He streams video games and memes while role-playing a shtick called Hank Pecker, an ethnic-political caricature of an everyday right-wing “redneck.”
His vile behavior has seen him denied a UK visa as a danger to the public, and he has suffered short-term bans on numerous websites and platforms. Yet his popularity grows, and he has become ever-present in our political fray, whichhas by now seemingly left any civility or decorum behind.
Hasan, while an admitted commie sympathizer, has gained a net worth of $8 million as a talking head and supposedly recently purchased a $2.7 million, 3,800-square-foothome in Hollywood for cash. In other words, hate pays—and pays well. He produces tons of it.
Piker has repeatedly been heard on-air commenting about the September 11 attacks, saying, “America deserved 9/11.” He was banned for such diatribes but has also been temporarily suspended on Twitch for the slur “cracker,” in reference to white people. In other words, he is a racist, besides being a harsh ideologue with an odd Islamist-Communist twist. This so-called “Red-Green” alliance is the color of today’s movement on the Left. You could call it ISIS combined with Leninism.
Herr Piker has been heavily involved over the last few years in many progressive, left-wing Democratic Party campaigns, including most notoriously the New York mayoral election of fellow traveler Zohran Mamdani. The vile mouthpiece raises considerable funding for various Muslim causes, including CARE-Turkey & Syria, CAIR, AKUT, thePalestine Children’s Fund, and the Red Crescent Society. His loud and vocal support for terrorist groups, including Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, and the Houthis, is well established.
China is his preferred system and the CCP his preferred model of economic development. Piker has called the fall of the USSR “one of the greatest catastrophes of the 20th century.” His general affection is for authoritarianism in all forms—preferably from the Left—includingthe violent overthrow of governments and the use of military insurgencies.
The arch-anti-Zionist is a proponent of what happened on October 7th in Israel. He believes it was justified because Israel is “committing genocide” against his people. His logic shouts: We need to hurt people who hurt our people.
During his sponsored trip to China in 2025 and appearances on China Global Television Network, which is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, Piker argued that “the US should adapt and emulate China.” He called that trip “eye-opening” and a “dream come true.” He carried a copy of Mao’s Little Red Book everywhere he went.
Piker ardently tries to be as controversial as possible and achieves his goal both on the Right and among centrist Democrats, whom he particularly loathes. The influencer is, above all, proud. He has no humility and offers noapology for his behavior, hatreds, or political ideology. He does not operate in a rational modality. In fact, he likes to be called the “Joe Rogan of the Left.” I wonder what Rogan himself thinks of such a comparison?
Piker is extremely dangerous and should be monitored as an enemy of the United States of America, the West, our way of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Why does the mainstream media platform him and give him such visibility? Why do young white liberals fall for this utter nonsense? Why don’t more thinking and good American Democrats condemn him, as some have now done?
My advice to Mike Rogers, who is an American patriot and a common-sense Republican with real foreign policy chops, and who should be the next senator from the great state of Michigan, is to spend all the money he can running ads showing Piker and El-Sayed together acting as one.
