Noah Wall is President and Founder of the State Leadership Initiative, an organization which builds coalitions to deliver foundational reforms so red states can become the driving force behind America’s next Golden Age. Before launching SLI in 2025, he served as Executive Vice President for Policy and Government Affairs at the State Financial Officers Foundation, a leader in the fight against ESG, and as Executive Vice President at FreedomWorks, where he helped lead the outside coalition behind President Trump’s 2017 tax cuts. A graduate of The George Washington University and former political director for Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, Wall is a recognized expert in coalition-building and conservative state reform.
